For teachers & creators
Be the teacher who finally makes it click
Every pupil learns differently. Wavelength works with real teachers and subject specialists to build explanations that finally make things click, starting with KS3 maths. Your way of explaining might be exactly what someone needs.
Why teacher-created content matters
Generic content can explain. Real teaching connects. Wavelength is built on the belief that the best learning comes from educators who understand not just the subject, but how different pupils think, where they get stuck, and what makes something finally land – and that no single explanation reaches every learner the same way.
Real teaching connects
Every video-led step is created by a real educator – someone who knows the subject and understands how pupils actually think through it.
Good teachers know where pupils get stuck
Subject expertise means anticipating the exact moments pupils lose the thread and how to help them get unstuck.
Different voices reach different learners
No single explanation clicks for everyone. A richer pool of teachers means more pupils find someone whose way of putting it finally lands for them.
Every step gets matched to the right pupil
Once approved, your teaching doesn't sit in a library. It gets placed in front of the pupils most likely to benefit from your style, exactly when they need it.
How it works
Receive your brief
The Wavelength team assigns you a topic — for example, a specific concept or technique within KS3 maths — along with any guidance on approach.
Record your teaching
Film a clear, step-by-step walkthrough using the Wavelength Studio app. The brief guides you through your intro, instructions and outro. Typically around an hour from start to finish.
Submit for review
We review for quality and clarity. Approved steps go straight into the platform and are matched to the pupils who need them most.
