For teachers & creators
Help create learning that reaches more pupils
We're working with teachers and subject specialists to build a richer pool of step-based learning experiences, starting with KS3 maths.
Why teacher-created content matters
Generic content can explain. Real teaching connects. Wavelength is built on the belief that the best learning comes from educators who understand not just the subject, but how different pupils think, where they get stuck, and what makes something finally land – and that no single explanation reaches every learner the same way.
Real teaching connects
Every video-led step is created by a real educator – someone who knows the subject and understands how pupils actually think through it.
Good teachers know where pupils get stuck
Real subject expertise means explanations that anticipate the exact moments pupils lose the thread – not just the ones they're supposed to.
Different voices reach different learners
No single explanation lands the same way for everyone. A richer pool of teachers means more pupils find someone who clicks for them.
Every step gets matched to the right pupil
Once approved, your teaching doesn't sit in a library – it gets placed in front of the specific pupil most likely to benefit from it, right when they need it.
How the submission process works
Choose a step
Pick an activity from the curriculum – a specific concept or technique within KS3 maths.
Record your teaching
Film a clear, step-by-step explanation using our simple app workflow. Typically around an hour from start to finish.
Submit for review
We review for quality and clarity. Approved steps go into the platform and are assigned to pupils who need them.
How contributors are rewarded
Why contribute with Wavelength
-
Paid per approved step
We pay for each approved step that's added to the pool.
-
Flexible contribution
Contribute as much or as little as suits you. No minimum commitment.
-
Real classroom impact
Your teaching reaches real pupils most likely to benefit from the way you teach.
Ready to contribute?
Each contribution is a short, structured step designed to help a pupil understand a concept in a way that works for them. The ask is simple, focused and built around real teacher expertise.
